Terms of Service

UTMmacro is a tool for building campaign tracking URLs, available at utmmacro.com. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

The builder, all ad platform macros, GA4 validation, bulk generation and CSV export are free and need no account. Data on the free tier is stored in your browser only. We provide no backup of it and cannot recover it if your browser data is cleared.

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use. You must be at least 16 years old, and you may not share one account across people who are not part of the same organisation.

Pro costs $19 per month and adds cloud sync across devices. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens Stripe's billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not offer automatic refunds for partial months. If something went wrong, email us and we will deal with it fairly.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to build links to malware, phishing or fraudulent pages
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Automate bulk requests in a way that degrades the service for others
• Resell or rebrand the service as your own

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.

The URLs, campaign names and presets you create remain yours. We claim no ownership. We store them only to provide the service, and delete them when you delete your account.

Ad platform macro syntax and GA4 channel rules are set by Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, and they change without notice. We keep our reference tables current and link to the official documentation, but we cannot guarantee that a generated URL will behave as expected on a third party platform. Always test a link before spending against it.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost advertising spend, lost or misattributed analytics data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give signed-in users at least 30 days' notice by email and an opportunity to export their data.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to signed-in users by email before taking effect. Questions go to hello@utmmacro.com.
